1. No Return Policy

All products purchased from Dare Drapes are non-returnable.

We request customers to carefully check the product description, images, and details before placing an order.

2. No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another product, size, or color.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

• Order ID
• Clear images of the product
• Package images (if available)

Our team will review the request and provide appropriate assistance if the issue is verified.

5. Refunds

Since we follow a No Return and No Exchange policy, refunds are generally not applicable.

However, refunds may be processed in cases where:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• A wrong product was delivered

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
